The work carried out during this review was exceptional in many ways.
This is the the largest ten-year revision ever carried out in a nuclear power plant in Europe. In addition to the activities scheduled during a typical annual review, work was done on a large part of the primary circuit, mainly concerned, the replacement of its pumps and valves.
On the secondary side, the condenser has also been replaced.
For our part and as every year for the past five years, FORTEB carried out the maintenance work on the HCUthe hydropneumatic cluster control units.
27 groups were fully reviewed.
This number alone represents 2 usual years of maintenance work!
The various control and requalification tests carried out on our equipment have demonstrated the quality of the work done.
As such, the customer KKL congratulated us and shared with us his satisfaction with the quality of the service provided this year, for our work, our seriousness and our involvement on this site.
The company has already been selected to perform the same maintenance work next year, during the 2022 annual review.
